1914 Triumph

I bought the Triumph in late 2010 on Ebay, it was a goer however the wheel rims were wrong the carby was vintage, the handlebars and head stem were modern bicycle and crankcase was the wrong year (1915), the rear mudguard had no mounts, pedal gear and rear sprocket missing and the frame needed some re-tubing. So maybe I should have looked at it before buying!

I have rectified most of the above except the rims and the handlebars, I’m sure something will turn up.
